Earth Day 2021: Theme : 'Restore our Earth'

Global warming, emissions, and deforestation are some of the issues that are often debated because they pose a serious challenge to the environment.

Every year on April 22nd, the world celebrates Earth Day, and citizens and major stakeholders participate in civic events and work to raise awareness about important issues that the planet faces.






Every year, over 1 billion people from 192 countries participate in Earth Day events. This makes the day the world's biggest civic celebration.

This year's theme is "Restore Our Earth," with an emphasis on natural processes, emerging green technology, and creative thinking that can help the world's habitats recover. As a result, the theme opposes the notion that climate change can only be addressed by mitigation and adaptation.
